About the Expert - Alison Todak
Alison Todak is the Director of Platform for Plymouth Growth, a firm that invests in B2 software and technology companies with $3MM - $10MM in revenue, ready to scale. An experienced director and founder, Alison has a demonstrated history of working in with startups, technology, venture capital, higher ed, community engagement, government relations, and economic development.
About the Expert - Trista Van Tine
Trista has been working at the forefront of innovation for more than a decade as an executive, business development and marketing lead in NY, CA and Europe. Since returning to MI in 2020, she has built the state's largest network of high-growth founders, 150 tech startup builders who have collectively raised over $350 Million of investment funding and are pledging equity into a collective social impact fund to give back to their communities. She created and launched the state’s first Social Impact Competition, only Founders Retreat for early-stage companies, DEIB Internship Program to pair underrepresented college students with tech startups and VCs and a multi-day celebration of innovation with Michigan Tech Week.
Parking & Arrival
Bamboo Ann Arbor is located at 301 W Washington. Daytime parking is available all around us: street parking with the epark Ann Arbor app, kiddy corner from us at First & Huron Parking, and behind our building at 415 W Washington Street.
Monthly dedicated parking and after 3pm parking is also open at the First and Washington Garage directly across the street from Bamboo Ann Arbor.

What types of memberships do you offer?
Virtual: includes full mail service as well as one day pass per month and access to our community events and perks. Comes with conference room credits built-in.
Open coworking: includes 24/7 access to our building and the ability to work at any of our unassigned desks or lounge spaces. Comes with conference room and print credits built-in.
Dedicated desk: includes a dedicated desk where you can set up a fixed workspace + storage that is entirely yours. Comes with conference room and print credits built-in.
Private office: includes a fully enclosed, private space for your team of 1-10 people to work together. Comes with conference room and print credits built-in.
Do I get access to all Bamboo locations?
Yes! All members have access to all Bamboo locations. Members have a homebase such as Royal Oak, then get business access hours M-F 9-5pm in other locations. Credits easily roll over so you can book rooms anywhere, anytime.
How do your Membership Agreements work?
You can sign up to work with us on a monthly, 6-month, or 12-month basis.
If you aren’t quite ready for a membership, we offer day passes and conference room rentals.
What parking options are available?
In Detroit
- There is plenty of street parking within walking distance. Lots charge $2-10 a day. Free parking is available at nearby casinos. Inquire for latest parking dedicated rates.
In Royal Oak
- Street parking is free before 11am.
- You can also get two hours of free parking at the Center Street Garage behind our building ($0.75/hour after the first two hours)
- You can also purchase a parking pass for unlimited parking for $50/month.
In Ann Arbor
- Street parking is all around us
- There are a variety of dedicated parking options around us, ranging $135-200 per spot per month.
